C&G 2330 Level 2 Unit 3

Hi Guys

Just started back on unit 3. What is the exam like at the end of this module??

Looking forward to completing this unit.

As far as I can remember, unit 3 wasnt too bad. I found unit 2 harder. Unit 3 contained 3 phase and star/delta. Tools and materials used in electrotechnical enviroment, I think.

I'd have to have a quick look at my notes to find out what was actually in that unit.

I found Unit 2 a little strange some of the questions were not in the study material. But still got a distinction. Which really suprised me.

However really enjoying the course and loving the practical aspects.

Hello,
Unit 203 is one of the trickier units (I teach them all at college). You must ensure you know your single and 3-phase formulae. Power factor is also detailed along with power factor. This is also a requirement for the practical assessment.

I will be sitting this exam just after xmas, so I hope it isn,t too hard.

However I have been told it is the hardest exam on the level 2.

I managed to get a distinction in unit 2 (still shocked)

The '203' is the hardest exam. or was it the '204'? Oh gawd - I will check later and get back to you.
